At Handybox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however we understand sometimes a product may not suit, so we will happily accept returns or exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return within 30 days from time of purchase.

All customers wanting to obtain a refund must send back their purchase, our team will provide you with instructions at time of your request.

Returns & Refund Policy
– We will gladly accept an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase
– Returned goods must be in saleable condition and include the purchase receipt and the original Handybox packaging.
– If product is not in its original packaging ready for resale, a repacking fee may apply.
– Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges back to Handybox.
– Returns will be refunded at the price, at time of purchase
– Shipping costs will not be refunded if change of mind
– Please note all returned goods are shipped at customer’s own expense.
– Please allow 14 business days for your return to be received and processed.
– refunds are processed onto the original payment method. Please note depending on your bank, the processing of a refund can take up to 5 business days.
– Exchanges can be made, simply let us know what you would like to exchange the item with and our team can assist you from there.
